Job summary

Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Training & Development Specialist for a full-time, remote role. You will design, develop, and deliver targeted training programs to enhance employee skills and boost organizational performance across a distributed workforce.

You will lead live and virtual sessions, assess training needs, and measure impact using performance data, partnering with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives. This is a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

Experience developing training programs for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze training data and measure program impact.
Experience with instructional design principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple departments.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
Partner with leadership to align training initiatives with business objectives.
