Jobgether is seeking an experienced AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer based in Italy to design, build, and deploy high-impact AI and GenAI solutions from concept to production.

You will blend software engineering, ML, and MLOps/LLMOps to create scalable AI products, working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detection.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into practical technical outcomes while ensuring security, governance, and reliable operations.

Competenze

• 8+ years of professional software or technical engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and AI/ML Engineering.
• Advanced Python development with deep learning and ML techniques.
• Experience with NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Proven experience building GenAI apps using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps across the AI lifecycle.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Designing REST and gRPC APIs and event-driven services.
• Knowledge of model monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI and GenAI solutions from PoC to production.
• Build ML models for NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, and anomaly detection.
• Develop GenAI apps using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, retrieval tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Create AI evaluation frameworks to assess model quality, reliability, relevance, and performance.
• Build scalable AI services via REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Establish MLOps/LLMOps practices across deployment, automation, and monitoring.
• Containerize AI apps using Docker/Kubernetes and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, RBAC, encryption, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Support production operations, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Apply strong engineering practices to ensure scalable, secure AI systems.
