SDG Group Italy is seeking AI Engineers with 1–3 years of AI/ML experience to join our AI & ML Engineering team. You will work in an international delivery unit across fashion, utilities, banking, healthcare, and more, contributing to production-ready AI solutions from data cleaning to deployment.

You will gain exposure to Generative AI, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and collaboration with data engineers to deploy scalable models in real-world projects.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Science).
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science are a strong fit.
• Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with Git, virtual environments, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding ML concepts or Generative AI (LLMs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, LangChain, vector databases).
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English; language skills tested during interview.

• Full lifecycle AI development from problem framing to production-ready systems.
• Implement a range of models from traditional ML to Generative AI with LLMs and Transformers.
• Industrialization and AIOps: move models to the cloud with scalable, reliable pipelines.
• Cloud mastery across AWS, GCP, Azure and platforms like Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and communicate results to clients.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to deploy models into live environments.
