Generali in Milano seeks an AI Developer and Engineer – Team Lead to build reliable AI systems across ML, DL, NLP, CV, and LLMs. You will lead end-to-end projects and collaborate with stakeholders to plan timelines and staffing.

You will drive PoC to production, enforce best practices for scalable, secure AI solutions, and mentor a team of AI developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• Strong background in AI/ML engineering and automation algorithms.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML deployment and development.
