Qualifications

• Fluency in Fulah with strong understanding of grammar, semantics and usage.
• Professional experience in translation, linguistics, language teaching, editing or related field.
• Strong written communication and ability to evaluate language quality with precision.
• Knowledge of Fulah-speaking communities, cultural contexts, idiomatic expressions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions with clear feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and refine Fulah-language text used in AI training and evaluation datasets.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for grammar, fluency, syntax, semantics, tone, and style.
• Assess cultural context and authentic Fulah language usage in model outputs.
• Identify recurring linguistic errors and document patterns in outputs.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model accuracy and naturalness.
• Collaborate with teams to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and guidelines.
• Apply professional judgment to distinguish accurate from awkward or culturally inappropriate outputs.
• Maintain quality standards and follow project-specific instructions.
