Reboot Monkey is seeking a Freelance Data Center Technician to provide on-demand support for global data centers. You will install, configure, and maintain servers and networking gear, diagnose complex issues, and collaborate with remote teams to ensure reliable performance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in data center ops, strong Linux/Windows skills, and Cisco/Juniper experience. Flexible hours, remote collaboration, and potential travel support a plus.

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data center operations, independent or freelance projects.
• Cisco/Juniper networking experience and Windows/Linux system management essential.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, or CompTIA Linux+ desirable.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain servers and networking gear to ensure uptime.
• Monitor data center operations remotely and on-site to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot networking devices (Cisco/Juniper) for secure operations.
• Manage Linux and Windows systems, applying patches and security updates.
