Reboot Monkey in Cagliari, Italy is seeking a Data Center Technician to join our on-site team. This freelance, on-site role focuses on supporting critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor environmental systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with engineering and operations to plan capacity and upgrades.

Competenze

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• On-site freelance role with on-call rotation.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissioning.
• Monitor power, cooling, and security systems.
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
