Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech.
• Experience in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration (2+ years).
• Self-starter with ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across stakeholders.
• Proven change-management success.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fund valuation process with fund administrators and portfolio teams.
• Collaborate with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting.
• Identify and implement tooling, automation, or procedural upgrades.
• Manage month-end processes and price updates for tokenised funds and strategies.
• Establish and maintain fund administrator oversight and valuation governance.
• Ensure data quality controls and reconciliation routines.
• Coordinate and manage fund audit processes.
• Define data ownership and validation standards for fund performance and exposure reporting.
• Drive automation across internal and external reporting packs.
