Qonto is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and safeguard our banking-grade storage infrastructure, including PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka and Elasticsearch. You will own incident response, disaster-recovery planning, and build self-service tooling for backend teams, while ensuring AI agents access is safe and traceable.

The role emphasizes shipping features, robust incident handling, and collaboration within a growing, remote-first European team.

Competenze

• Strong PostgreSQL production experience with backups, performance tuning and safe changes.
• Practical AI usage in daily workflow to speed up debugging and operations.
• Able to ship features, not just scripts, for internal platform tools.
• Calm, rigorous incident response experience on stateful systems.

Mansioni

• Operate and safeguard storage infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch in production.
• Own incident response and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Define and prioritize backup and disaster-recovery scenarios with Risk & Compliance.
• Ship code for internal platform APIs to enable self-service storage provisioning.
• Shape how AI agents access sensitive systems and ensure safety and traceability.
