ChainGPT in Europe is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to own end-to-end accounting and core finance operations for a multi-entity group across jurisdictions, including crypto and fiat activity.

You will manage close processes, ledger maintenance, intercompany, and crypto reconciliation, while ensuring audit-ready records and strong controls in a lean, ownership-driven environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years in accounting/controllership/finance operations with end-to-end close.
• Experience in web3/crypto companies or exchanges is mandatory.
• Strong technical accounting foundation (IFRS/GAAP).
• Experience with multi-entity accounting across jurisdictions.
• Crypto-native accounting experience: wallets, exchanges, and reconciliation.
• Audit-ready documentation discipline and lean, high-ownership mindset.
• Strong written communication for non-finance stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Own the monthly/quarterly/year-end close across entities with timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Lead intercompany invoicing, reconciliations and balances.
• Oversee crypto transaction accounting across wallets and exchanges.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and robust controls.
