• Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, recording transactions, and data management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain financial data in Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Support budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with ad hoc financial projects and audits.
• Be available for weekend or extended hours when needed.
