Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain, calibrate and repair equipment, and promote service contracts in Italy. The role supports the Biotechnology Integrated Solutions team and offers remote work within the country.

You will work across Italy, travel up to 70% within the territory, and collaborate with customers to drive service improvements and revenue opportunities.

Competenze

• Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, English is required
• Ability to travel: 70 % travel and overnight stay within territory
• Biopharma or Biotechnologies Industry knowledge, Computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database would be a plus

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients
• Plan and execute service activities at the customer's site
• Manage own stock and work orders
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs
