Cytiva invites applications for a Field Service Engineer role in Italy, preferably Lombardy/Emilia Romagna/Tuscany, with remote work flexibility. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs, while promoting service contracts and identifying growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a similar role, engineering degrees, and strong English, with travel up to 70% within the region.

Competenze

• Education in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field/position.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent Cytiva to clients and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute service activities at customer sites.
• Manage stock and work orders.
• Identify and promote service contracts and revenue opportunities.
