GE HealthCare in Italy seeks a Field Service Engineer for Puglia & Basilicata to install, configure, maintain, and repair medical equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance.

You will test, calibrate, train healthcare staff, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document activities, and support remote diagnostics while collaborating with peers and customers.

Competenze

• Proficient with CT PET and Nuclear Medicine modalities.
• Knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement principles.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Experience analyzing service data and presenting findings.

Mansioni

• Install and configure medical equipment, focusing on one modality.
• Conduct testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
• Train healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive maintenance and corrective operations of moderate complexity.
• Capture and maintain accurate work documentation including debriefing and KPI metrics.
• Lead communications with customers and serve as escalation point for concerns.
