Lever, Inc. is seeking an Expert Team Lead, Medicine based in Italy. You will lead a team delivering high-quality training data for advanced AI systems, combining medical expertise with leadership and strict data quality standards.

You will coach AI Tutors, manage performance, and collaborate with Human Data and Engineering teams to translate model requirements into labeling strategies and scalable processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine or related clinical discipline; MPH/MHA acceptable.
• Alternative: 5+ years of relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Previous people-management or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Medical Doctorate (MD/DO/MBBS) or equivalent clinical qualification highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for medical-domain training projects.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors with regular reviews.
• Participate in labeling and review to maintain high standards and best practices.
• Maintain QA processes, taxonomy management, and adherence to guidelines.
• Track KPI dashboards for quality, throughput, and send-back rates.
