Medicilio, based in Milan, seeks a Product Lead for the Centro Servizi domain to own the care coordination and operational workflow platform end-to-end. You will partner with the CS Engineering Lead and Design, engaging daily with clinical operations teams across Italy.

You will shape roadmap, discovery, specification, quality, and stakeholder alignment, while navigating a regulated clinical environment and delivering high-integrity features.

• 4+ years of product management experience with demonstrated domain ownership.
• AI tool fluency — daily use in a real product context, not theory.
• Systems thinking — you see the whole, not just the ticket.
• Strong written communication — specs, decisions, and rationale that hold up under review.
