Namecheap seeks a Talent Brand Story Partner to bring the parent brand to life across external and internal channels. You’ll refine our EVP and express our talent identity through storytelling and brand building, leading efforts to shape our employer of choice.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications, manage projects, and drive storytelling across multiple channels, ensuring authentic, engaging content that resonates with potential hires and existing employees.

• Must craft and refine employer brand narratives that connect with diverse audiences.
• Must lead EVP refinement and express talent identity through storytelling and brand-building.
• Strong ability to manage projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across channels.

• Bring our culture and employer story to life across channels – LinkedIn, Slack, and internal platforms.
• Create content and experiences that help candidates see Namecheap’s ambition and fit.
• Shape audience-specific strategies that resonate with different generations, roles, and industries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Communications to keep messages aligned with culture and EVP.
• Not about customer/product marketing communications.
