Prima, an Italian online motor insurer, is seeking an Elixir Engineer to join our dynamic teams. You will help build scalable services, design architecture, and collaborate with product managers and engineers.

We offer full flexibility with work from home or office, plus private healthcare, gym discounts, wellbeing programs, and mental health support. Salary €40,000 - €75,000 per year.

• Extensive backend experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, accountable, with strong problem-solving and growth mindset.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Mansioni

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain scalable services with reusable, modular code.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into solutions and estimate effort.
• Perform code reviews, enforce standards, troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and drive adoption within the team.
