Prima is expanding its engineering teams in Milano, Italy, to shape the future of motor insurance. The Rust Engineer will join over 350 engineers across software development, infrastructure, operations and security. You’ll architect, design, and implement scalable services, collaborating with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful software.

Competenze

• Extensive backend development with event-driven, microservices and DDD.
• Strong English, collaborative in multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Mansioni

• Architect, design, and maintain scalable services with modular code.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering managers to translate requirements and estimate effort.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, troubleshoot, and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and drive adoption within the team.
