Prima is hiring a Software Engineer – Machine Learning to join our Claims ML team in Milan. You will leverage ML and data analytics to identify risks and opportunities in our claims management platform, delivering scalable, production-ready solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into intelligence and intelligence into action, with a software engineering mindset emphasizing reliability and performance. This is a full-time, remote-friendly role with flexible work options.

• Strong Python background with hands-on experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or Tensorflow, Hugging Face and GenAI.

While you're comfortable handling data, generating insights, and training machine learning models, you approach these tasks with a software engineering mindset, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and performance.- Analytical Prowess: Strong quantitative, logical, and analytical skills are essential. At Prima, you'll tackle diverse and stimulating challenges that will put your skills to the test- Strong Python background with hands-on experience in Pandas, Numpy, PyTorch or Tensorflow, Hugging Face and GenAI.- Proficient with RDBMS ( Postgres )- Broad ML Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of various machine learning paradigms: from classical models to cutting-edge approaches like deep learning, computer vision, and generative AI.
