Job summary

Worldline is seeking a Java Fullstack Software Engineer for Mobile Payment to design, develop, and operate real-time payment applications in a fast-paced, international environment. You will collaborate with teams across Switzerland, Italy and beyond to deliver cutting-edge mobile payment solutions.

The role requires strong Java backend and frontend skills, experience with microservices and DevOps practices, and good English along with conversational Italian.

Qualifications

• University degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Experience in Java applications engineering.
• Knowledge of Java backend development, SQL/Oracle, REST/SOAP, and API security (mTLS, OAuth, JWT).
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, Docker, OpenShift, Jenkins and Jira.
• Good English and conversational Italian.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, implement and operate modern mobile payment applications.
• Create value in collaboration with international partners.
• Improve lean and agile approaches with microservices and modern tools.
• Mentor others in architecture, engineering and DevOps.
• Advance our continuous delivery pipelines and deployment infrastructure.
• Work in a Scrum team responsible end-to-end for applications.
