Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a Project Manager for E-commerce to drive features, CX, and internal process improvements across our global ecommerce ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and optimization, coordinating with UX and product stakeholders.

Location: Turin, Italy or Remote. The role emphasizes conversion optimization, customer experience, and data-driven decision making in a remote-friendly, multinational environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset to justify spend and ROI of new features.
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies and operate autonomously.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end projects for e-commerce, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Identify features to improve website functionality and conversion rates.
• Represent customer voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine CX.
• Collaborate across functions to remove bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes.
