Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a Project Manager for our e-commerce initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization, focusing on conversion, CX, and efficient internal processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and roadmap planning across Europe with a remote-first culture. Strong English communication is required; Italian language is a plus.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and web technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven ROI and KPI analysis.

• Project Leadership: coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the complete project lifecycle, from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• E-commerce Optimization: identify and implement features to improve the website's functionality, focusing on conversion rate optimization and seamless user journeys.
• Customer Experience (CX): represent the customer's voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine the CX, in collaboration with UX Research.
• Process Improvement: collaborate with multiple functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
