Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office seeks a Project Manager for e-commerce to drive website enhancements, CX improvements, and internal process optimization across global teams. You will lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.

The role requires 5+ years in project management in digital/e-commerce, plus a degree in a related field and strong data-driven decision making. Remote-first with flexible hours and collaboration across Europe.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple complex projects, and meet deadlines.
• Data-driven mindset to justify spend and measure ROI of new features.
• Strong critical thinking to identify risks and dependencies and work autonomously.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through full project lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Identify and implement features to improve website functionality with a focus on CRO and user journeys.
• Represent the customer by analyzing feedback to refine CX with UX Research collaboration.
• Collaborate with functions to identify bottlenecks in e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and data-driven insights to ensure updates deliver measurable value.
• Bridge stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
