Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking a Project Manager focused on digital commerce and CX within our e-commerce ecosystem.

You will lead cross-functional teams from discovery to launch, driving features that improve conversion, user journeys, and internal processes. Location options include Turin, Italy or Remote, with a focus on stakeholder alignment, KPI-driven delivery, and a strong emphasis on data-informed decision making.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional project management experience in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical literacy in e-commerce platforms, web technologies and operations.
• Excellent English communication, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strong execution focus, prioritization and time management in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven mindset to justify project spend and ROI of new features.
• Ability to identify risks and dependencies and work autonomously.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years PM experience, Associate’s 5+, or High School 7+ years.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Identify and implement features to improve website functionality, focusing on CRO and user journeys.
• Represent customer voice by analyzing feedback and user behavior to refine CX with UX Research.
• Collaborate across functions to identify bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and implement scalable solutions.
• Define project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation with leadership.
• Monitor project success using KPIs and data-driven insights.
