Qualcomm Europe, Inc. Italy Branch Office is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead e-commerce projects and optimize the customer experience.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams through discovery, design, development and post-launch optimization to deliver measurable improvements. The role emphasizes conversion-rate optimization, CX enhancements and streamlined internal processes, with a remote-first culture and opportunities to influence strategy across its European e-commerce

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in e-commerce or digital products.
• Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies and e-commerce operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem solving and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset; using data to justify project spend and ROI.
• Critical thinking: identify risks/dependencies and work autonomously.
• Bachelor's degree + 3+ years PM and related experience.
• Associate's + 5+ years PM or related experience.
• High School Diploma + 7+ years PM or related experience.
• Master’s/Doctorate substitutions for up to two years of experience.

Mansioni

• Lead projects across the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Identify and implement features to improve conversion rates and user journeys on our website.
• Represent the customer voice by analyzing feedback and UX research insights to refine CX.
• Collaborate across functions to fix bottlenecks in internal e-commerce processes and scale solutions.
• Define milestones, timelines and resource allocations with leadership to achieve e-commerce goals.
• Monitor KPI-driven results to demonstrate value and inform iterations.
• Bridge stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on priorities.
