Ormco seeks an agile Ortho Digital specialist to support digital orthodontic journeys for dental professionals in the North of Italy.
You will handle initial processing of cases, deliver high-quality technical support, and provide on-site and remote Spark demonstrations with Sales collaboration to drive SPARK adoption.
This role offers remote work with occasional travel to events, requiring native Italian, fluent English, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
Competenze
- Background in dental/orthodontic industry preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital orthodontic workflows and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in a digital/technical support role, ideally involving intra‑oral scanners, CAD/CAM, 3D printing.
- Proficient with Windows/macOS and MS Office; able to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Native Italian and fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver’s license is required.

- Provide technical support to dental professionals throughout their digital journey.
- Initial processing and assessment of digital orthodontic cases.
