You will deliver real-time technical support in Italian to clinicians, ensuring high-quality outcomes and exceptional doctor experiences. Based in Milan, you will collaborate with Dandy lab teams and clinicians to translate feedback into production improvements, while navigating fast-changing workflows and tight

Competenze

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including Implant and Crown & Bridge cases.
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems and scan bodies.
• Technologically adept with dental design platforms.

Mansioni

• Collaborate on treatment plans with doctors to refine case designs.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video in Italian.
• Support the Italian market as a local expert for doctors in Italy.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between doctors and Dandy lab teams.
