Dandy is expanding its global reach and seeks a Customer Experience Lab Technician to join the Milan office. You will apply deep dental lab expertise to support clinicians on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications, delivering real-time Italian-language technical support.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, fully-digital lab environment. Based in Milan with responsibilities for the Italian market, you will collaborate with doctors, translate clinical feedback into production

Competenze

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• Full professional fluency in Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with 3Shape CAD/CAM design for implant and crown & bridge cases.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with doctors to review and refine case designs for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes.
• Provide live clinical support to Italian-speaking clinicians via phone, chat, and video.
• Serve as a trusted local expert for doctors in Italy, adapting guidance to local practices.
• Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes by liaising with Dandy lab teams.
