Dandy is seeking a Dental Lab Technician - Customer Experience (Milan) to support Italian clinicians with real-time guidance on patient scanning, case prep, and design modifications. You will deliver live technical support in Italian, ensuring quality outcomes and an exceptional doctor experience.

The role requires 3+ years as a dental technician, strong 3Shape CAD/CAM experience, and the ability to work closely with clinicians to translate feedback into production improvements.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• Fluent Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Strong communication with clinicians and teams.
• Ability to learn and navigate dental design tools quickly.
