Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join the team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will serve as a key personal manager and frontline support specialist for clients with active subscriptions, mastering product tools and navigating the platform while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.

You will manage queues and SLAs, communicate professionally within the official workspace, and ensure clean separation of client-facing messages from internal notes.

• Review and fact-check AI-generated draft responses before submission.
