Assetara Limited seeks a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to engage clients remotely via the Assetara platform. You will be a key contact, providing concierge-level support, guiding users through the platform, and maintaining accurate client records.

The role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and compliance, with strict data protection and anti-fraud protocols. You will work from a remote setup and coordinate with the BROKER department to ensure seamless service.

Competenze

• Adhere to operational, security and compliance guidelines including initial training and identity checks.
• Maintain professional remote work discipline, time management and adherence to availability windows.
• Protect client confidentiality and data according to documented instructions and anti-fraud measures.

Mansioni

• Provide professional, warm communication within Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Deliver concierge-level client support, including scheduled calls and platform navigation assistance.
• Prioritize unread client threads, ensure SLA compliance, and conduct proactive client outreach.
• Maintain accurate client notes in CRM without exposing unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints or security incidents following compliance rules.
