You will be the primary client contact, delivering concierge-level account assistance and maintaining accurate CRM notes while upholding strict privacy and security standards.

In this role, you will conduct scheduled client calls, assist with platform navigation, manage queues and SLA adherence, and escalate issues per compliance rules.

• Queue & SLA Management: Prioritize unread threads, ensure SLA compliance, and perform proactive client outreach.
• CRM Administration: Maintain accurate client notes in the system, avoiding unnecessary personal data.
• Escalation & Compliance: Identify red flags and escalate issues per company compliance rules.
