Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory application processes (FCA, MiCA/CASP) and post-authorization activities.
• Develop and maintain policies, risk assessments, and governance documents.
• Draft regulatory submissions, narratives, and responses to inquiries.
• Lead regulatory gap analyses, reviews, and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with ICT and other teams to ensure regulatory oversight.
