Pentasia is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Manager — Europe to own the European technical compliance function for an iGaming testing lab. The role is full-time and remote, with location options in Italy or Bulgaria, and travel within Europe as needed.

You will act as the authority on European gaming standards, manage relationships with regulators, review test reports, and lead certification projects while mentoring testers and supporting business development.

Competenze

• 7+ years in technical compliance, certification, regulatory affairs or test laboratory environment within online gaming.
• Demonstrable depth in EU/EEA iGaming regulation.
• Established professional network among European regulators.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally further afield.

Mansioni

• Act as subject matter authority on European online gaming technical standards.
• Own and develop relationships with European regulators and accreditation bodies.
• Review and sign off test reports, certificates and inspection findings for games.
• Lead technical scoping for complex certification and audit engagements.
• Advise clients at a senior level on player protection and AML/CFT obligations.
• Maintain and improve accredited management systems.
• Mentor and supervise testers.
• Support business development.
