The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, regulatory expertise, and fluency in institutional dialogues. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and flexible hybrid work options, including over 60 days of 'Work From Anywhere' per year.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the European regulatory framework concerning Crypto Asset Service Providers.
• Active following of crypto market dynamics and blockchain developments.
• Ability to balance regulatory rigor and technological challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring regulatory compliance with MiCAR, GDPR, DORA, and AMLR.
• Support operational functions for maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in managing conflicts of interest and ensuring corporate compliance integrity.
• Support monitoring of market abuse prevention and reporting suspicious transactions.
• Provide support in managing the activities of the Complaints Office.
• Draft studies on regulations to support Group operations.
