Job summary

Intuitive Surgical Italy is seeking a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to lead the clinical field sales team across Lombardy. You will drive installations, train surgeons, and expand clinical usage within the installed base.

Qualifications

• University degree in life science or business.
• 8+ years sales experience including 5+ years in medical devices.
• Strong clinical sales background and business acumen.
• Results oriented with proven objective setting and delivery.
• Experience coaching and training sales teams in medical devices.
• Ability to build and lead a team in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication; fluent in English; local language as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Clinical Sales team within the assigned territory.
• Manage clinical utilization of the da Vinci System across the installed base.
• Oversee installations, training, and utilization growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Clinical Sales staff.
• Collaborate with Marketing, MACA, Genesis, Customer Service, and Government Affairs.
• Support closing deals and delivering effective sales presentations.
• Travel up to 70% based on business needs.
