You will be the main client contact, delivering concierge-level account assistance, assisting with platform navigation, and maintaining CRM records with strict confidentiality.

Role focuses on client communication, CRM administration, and compliance, not on regulated advisory activities.

• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM with appropriate data handling.
• Identify and escalate red flags or security/compliance issues per company rules.
