Job summary

Bolton is seeking a Category Marketing intern to join our Marketing function in Milan. You will work with the team to develop and implement campaigns, increase brand visibility, and support growth across Home Care and Personal Care.

This role reports to the Senior Product Manager in Category Marketing. We look for a candidate with a relevant degree, strong English, proficient Office/Excel skills, and a proactive, autonomous, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.
• Interest in pursuing a Marketing & Sales career.
• Analytical mindset with teamwork and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Create product development plans and reports on project status.
• Prepare and present budget reviews and forecasts.
• Analyze market data to provide actionable insights.
• Provide operational support for planning, execution and evaluation of campaigns, pricing, quality and packaging.
