Job summary

Bolton is seeking a Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee to join the Marketing team in its Adhesives Business Unit in Italy, Milan. You will report to the Marketing Manager and support daily activities, packaging development, competitive analysis, and sales materials.

Ideal candidates are currently studying Economics or Marketing Management with strong MS Office skills, teamwork, proactivity, and bilingual Italian/English abilities.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in day-to-day activities.
• Assist Product Managers with packaging development and adaptation.
• Monitor competitors' launches, promotions and advertising activities.
• Support Sales with trade presentations, new product launch materials, and promotional plans.
• Contribute to Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodic reporting.

Marketing & Trade Marketing Intern

We are looking for a Marketing & Trade Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in our Adhesives Business Unit based in Italy, Milan.

How Your Agenda Looks Like

• Support the Marketing & Trade Marketing team in the day by day activities;
• Assist the Product Managers in the development and in the adaptation of products packaging;
• Support in monitoring the main competitors’ activities with specific focus on new launches, promotions and advertising;
• Support the Sales Team on trade presentations, new products launch materials, implementation of clients’ promotional plans, product information and technical sheets;
• Support the preparation of Sell-in and Sell-out data analysis and periodical reporting.

Your Team

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Education: Currently studying Economics, Marketing Management or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with specific focus on Power Point and Excel.
• Strong teamworking ability, proactivity and curiosity.
• Local language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
