NHOA S.A. is seeking a Performance & Monitoring Specialist to oversee after-sales activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will supervise remote operations, perform troubleshooting via HMI and PLC, and assist in maintaining client relationships.

The role requires an engineering background and at least 1 year in PLC work, with occasional travel to Cosio Valtellino. Based in Milan with weekly travel to Cosio Valtellino, the position offers a permanent full-time contract, competitive

Competenze

Engineering degree or technical diploma or 3+ years working experience in electrical testing/maintenance.
At least 1 year of PLC testing, programming, and coding experience.
Good written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

Supervise and monitor remotely NHOA Energy plants to guarantee operation and performance.
Provide prompt remote and on-site support to customers to restore functionality quickly.
Respond to technical inquiries via email or phone from clients.
Perform troubleshooting via plant HMI, data analysis and PLC code debugging.
Assist Head of Service in managing client relationships and plant performance to meet contractual obligations.
Carry out scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on-site as required.
