NHOA Energy is seeking a Performance & Monitoring Specialist to lead after-sales activities for Battery Energy Storage Systems. You will supervise operations, provide rapid support, and ensure contractual compliance while coordinating with service teams and external contractors.

The role requires engineering or technical background, PLC knowledge, and strong English skills. Based in Milan, frequent travel to Cosio Valtellino is expected, with a permanent full-time contract and a competitive

Competenze

• Engineering degree or technical diploma required; degree considered a plus.
• Experience with PLC testing, programming or basic coding preferred.
• Good written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Mansioni

• Supervise and monitor NHOA Energy plants remotely to guarantee operation and maximize performance.
• Provide prompt remote and on-site support to customers to restore functionalities quickly.
• Address technical inquiries via email or phone from clients and escalate when needed.
• Perform fast troubleshooting through plant HMI, data analysis and PLC code debugging.
• Assist Head of Service in managing client relationships and ensure contractual compliance.
• Conduct scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on-site for electrical and minor mechanical work.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance and system analysis.
• Coordinate third-party O&M contractors and suppliers for on-site activities per regulations and responsibilities.
• Document all work accurately per guidelines; track spare parts and resupply needs.
• Contribute to service process improvements with field feedback; participate in training as required.
• Support commissioning team on-site when required.
