Brightstar Lottery is seeking a seasoned QA Leader to govern testing across product streams and drive quality initiatives. The role oversees QA activities, test strategy, and release readiness, coordinating with Product, Development, DevOps, Operations, and third-party providers.

Strong leadership and deep QA expertise are essential for success in this hybrid, Italy-based position. The candidate should have 8+ years in QA, 3+ years leading teams, and experience with automation frameworks within

Competenze

8+ years in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
3+ years leading QA teams or QA workstreams.
Experience defining automated testing strategies and quality improvements.
Experience in Agile environments supporting complex software platforms.

Mansioni

Define and govern QA processes, methodologies, and testing strategies across all product streams.
Lead and coordinate QA activities, resources, and priorities to support delivery objectives.
Participate in Product Owner refinement sessions to ensure requirements are complete and testable.
Define and maintain test cases, automation standards, and non-regression test plans for changes.
Review automated test suites for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Monitor testing progress, resolve blockers, and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
Verify release readiness and provide QA sign-off for releases and deployments.
Define, monitor, and report QA KPIs and quality metrics.
