Job summary

NCR Atleos Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair financial equipment within a defined territory. You will handle small-scale repairs, perform basic testing, and ensure strong customer satisfaction through timely service and clear communication.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, overtime and on-call shifts, with travel across the region. A high school diploma is required, with preferred technical certifications; prior NCR or EPOS

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Up to one year of related experience.
• Experience on Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• Able to work with minimal supervision; good problem solving; able to pick up new skills quickly; able to meet deadlines and produce high quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills/customer relationship skills.
• Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within assigned territory.
• Own customer problems until resolved per SLAs.
• Perform Tier I maintenance on ATMs, kiosks, desktops and peripherals.
• Assist in site preparation, including installation of cable and testing.
• Escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Build relationships with customers and represent NCR Atleos.
• Report calls, activity and expenses accurately; track billing data.
• Travel and lift equipment up to 50 lbs; flexible shifts may be required.
