Propelis is seeking an Artwork Coordinator to manage end-to-end artwork for printed packaging across markets, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and brand alignment.

You will coordinate with marketing, regulatory affairs, quality, R&D and supply chain, work with repro agencies and printers, maintain version control and documentation, and track timelines to meet launches and quality standards. Mainly remote with occasional visits to Milan offices.

Competenze

• Significant experience coordinating artwork for packaging in FMCG/beverage or regulated industries.
• Understanding of printed packaging processes and print-ready work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end artwork process for printed packaging from briefing to final approval.
• Manage artwork updates for launches, packaging changes, and regulatory updates.
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, quality, R&D, and supply chain to secure approvals.
