Jobtailor in Milano seeks an experienced Artwork Coordinator to lead the end-to-end packaging artwork process, from briefing through final approval, ensuring on-time delivery and print readiness.

You will collaborate with marketing, regulatory, quality, R&D, and supply chain to gather inputs, manage updates for launches, and maintain rigorous version control and documentation across SAP and artwork platforms.

Competenze

• Significant experience in artwork coordination, packaging production, or prepress, ideally within FMCG, beverage, or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of printed packaging processes and print-ready file preparation.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of printing technologies, packaging materials, and artwork workflows.
• Familiarity with artwork management tools and Adobe-based environments is an advantage.
• Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven packaging is a plus.
• English & Italian proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Graphic Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
