YO IT Consulting is seeking an AI Trainer Lead for a remote contract role. You will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality input.

You will annotate data, evaluate AI responses, provide actionable feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine guidelines. This role emphasizes attention to detail, clear communication, and independent remote work.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience evaluating or scoring large volumes of content against detailed criteria.
• Experience with AI training, machine learning data annotation, or related tasks is highly valued.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Mansioni

• Evaluate and score AI-generated responses using rubrics and metrics across topics.
• Annotate and categorize data sets to improve AI model accuracy.
• Review content for relevance, coherence, and factual accuracy.
• Provide actionable feedback on AI performance to inform improvements.
