YO IT Consulting, based in Italy, is seeking a Physics Quality Assurance Lead for a remote, hourly contract role. The candidate will oversee the quality and consistency of physics AIs training projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity in AI-generated physics content.

Successful applicants will have a degree in Physics or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Python and MATLAB. Join a fast-growing team to enhance AI training data's precision.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years in physics research, teaching, or related workflows.
• Ability to evaluate content against quality rubrics and identify issues.
• Experience supporting remote teams or leading projects is a plus.

Mansioni

• Review AI-generated physics content and provide quality feedback.
• Update trainers on quality expectations and workflow changes.
• Create and maintain documentation and onboarding materials.

Conoscenze

Strong communication in English

Physics research experience

Classical mechanics knowledge
