YO IT Consulting is seeking a Psychology Quality Assurance Lead for a remote contract role. Your focus will be on ensuring quality, consistency, and performance across AI-driven psychology projects. You will review and evaluate AI-generated content, providing feedback to adhere to standards while spotting recurring quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant advanced degree and substantial experience in psychology research and quality assurance, as well as be well-versed in modern remote project management tools.

Competenze

• 3+ years experience in psychology research or related workflows.
• Familiarity with psychological theories and ethics.
• Experience leading remote teams is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor quality of psychology items and provide feedback.
• Evaluate AI-generated psychology content for accuracy.
• Communicate updates and guidelines to trainers and QAs.
