YO IT Consulting is seeking an Anthropology Quality Assurance Lead to oversee quality and trainer performance across anthropology-focused AI training projects. The role involves reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and cultural sensitivity, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to project guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Anthropology and 3+ years in relevant fields. Strong English skills and familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Discord are required. This position is remote, allowing for flexible work environments.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in anthropology research, teaching, or related workflows.
• Experience leading remote teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI training and data annotation is a plus.
